Who you are contracting with
The service is operated by TODO — registered legal name (TODO — legal form, SIREN TODO — SIREN), TODO — registered address. Contact: TODO — contact@lumyhired.com or equivalent.
What the service does
Lumyhired tailors your résumé to a job description, audits it against applicant-tracking-system parsing rules, searches job boards, and tracks your applications. It is a tool that helps you apply. It does not place you in a job, and it is not a recruitment agency.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed weekly: Starter €5/week, Pro €8/week, Hunt €13/week. A week’s subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
There is no free plan. Three tools — the ATS resume checker, the AI resume optimizer and the AI cover letter generator — can be used free of charge within the limits stated on their pages; they are not a plan tier.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing week and you keep access until then.
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. Ask within three days of that payment and we refund it in full, no reason required.
We make no guarantee about outcomes. We do not promise interviews, offers or a job, and no refund is conditioned on your results.
Your content
Your CV and the material you submit remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service on your behalf — processing the text to produce tailored output. See the privacy policy for detail.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not upload another person’s CV without their permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to misrepresent your experience or qualifications, to scrape or resell our output, or to submit automated applications in breach of a job board’s own terms.
AI-generated output
Tailored résumés and cover letters are generated by a language model. Review everything before you send it. Output may contain errors, and you remain responsible for what you submit to an employer.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer under French law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
